A curated trainer network. Every educator and course proposal is reviewed.
You know your subject. You care how people learn.
We welcome experienced trainers, facilitators, industry practitioners and corporate educators who can turn their expertise into practical learning for adults.
Experience that holds up
You bring relevant work experience, sound subject knowledge and examples that reflect real situations.
A thoughtful teaching approach
You can plan clear lessons, guide practice, adapt to different learners and give useful feedback. Share relevant adult education qualifications if you hold them.
Outcomes people can use
You can explain who your course serves and what learners should be able to do when they finish.
Bring your expertise into a wider learning journey.
A professional home for your course
Approved educators can build a trainer profile and a course presence within the ReadySpace Academy brand.
Learning connected to work
Help professionals, business owners and teams build capability for the challenges they face every day.
A considered launch process
Work with us to agree the audience, learning plan, delivery format and registration journey before a course opens.
Delivery arrangements, fees and responsibilities are agreed for each course. Applications do not guarantee acceptance, learner numbers or teaching engagements.
What could you help adults do better?
We are interested in practical technology and business learning: infrastructure and cloud, AI in the workplace, cybersecurity, digital operations, business growth and related skills. A focused course with a useful outcome is a strong starting point.
Start with a course idea, not a complete course library.
Tell us who it is for, the problem it helps them solve and how you would teach it. Include your adult teaching experience and a professional profile or sample lesson if available.
From application to an approved course.

Before you apply
Do I need an adult education qualification?
Share any relevant trainer or adult education qualifications you hold. We review your subject expertise, teaching experience and approach together. Any course-specific requirements will be discussed during review.
Can I propose a topic beyond the current programmes?
Yes. Show how it fits practical technology or business learning, who it helps and what learners will be able to do.
Can I teach online or in more than one language?
Include your preferred delivery formats, teaching languages and availability in your application. We will discuss what suits your proposed course and its learners.
How are teaching fees and course ownership handled?
Fees, course materials, rights and responsibilities are discussed and agreed before any course launches. Submitting an application does not create a teaching agreement.
What happens after I apply?
We review the application first. Suitable applicants may be invited to a conversation, an interview or a teaching demonstration before developing a course proposal.
